A few months ago, I came across a educational page on Facebook that I’ve been really loving called The Mind Unleashed. They focus on articles about living a more positive and healthier lifestyle through activism, awareness and personal growth. Last week, they posted a story about ingredients that are best to avoid. I try to eat as clean as possible so I loved their list.
