In the last year, I’ve taken up knitting and I love it! I’m still very much a beginner (this is my first scarf I’m working on) but its been a great way to relax, take up a new hobby and make beautiful home-made gifts.
My friend Cindy (a very talented knitter) has thankfully taken the time to teach me and help fix my mistakes over what she calls “Stitch & Bitch” where we talk, have tea and knit – its a lot of fun.
