C+B Gifting: For the New Homeowners

I have To-Do lists for To-Do Lists, as my mom likes to tease me about. It is true, I will admit, one of my most beloved apps is the simple note pad app. Its where I keep my “wish lists”, a list for things I would like to buy myself down the road and a list for others in my life, full of things I’ve seen in passing that I keep in mind for engagements, birthdays, new homes, new babies and new adventures.
When it comes to housewarming gifts, I have a favorite little catalog called Uncommon Goods that I love for their quirky and unique gifts.

For a lot of occasions, I also like to purchase something that is going give good luck and good energy. Recently, at my friends’ housewarming, I gave a horseshoe that you hang over the front door to keep the good luck strong in the home. Isn’t a new home all about lucky memories anyway?
